The Milton Garden Club recently announced Hope in Bloom, a new initiative for 2022.
This effort comes in response to the huge outpouring of generosity from Milton community members, businesses and organizations during 2021 who supported the club’s mission to beautify Milton through flowers. “Hope in Bloom” garden flags (see below) will be placed in town flowerbeds to promote the initiative.
As part of the initiative, the club will be enhancing many gardens with major improvements in both landscape and hardscape. Additionally, the club will be hosting demonstrations and having gift raffles at Milton Town events to thank the Milton community for their support of the club. Another part of the initiative is a $3,000 Hope in Bloom scholarship to be awarded in June. This is in addition to the two scholarships that the club has awarded annually.
